Don and Sabrina, Owners of CR Vacation Properties

It all started back in 2006 when the owners of CR Vacation Properties, Don and Sabrina Segal, decided that they were ready to leave their beloved Orange County, California home (actually, San Clemente), and explore other areas of the world. Well, it didn’t take them long to find Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica – which we have called home ever since! With Don’s extensive background of over 28 years in Corporate America and creating and selling several start-up companies, along with Sabrina’s significant experience in customer service, we decided to focus on the Property Management and Vacation Villa Rental Business.

Our initial business in Costa Rica was an extremely successful Vacation Rental venture that became one of the most active companies in the Manuel Antonio area – “we knew what tourists wanted and we provided it, including a full time Chef with some of our villas! That was an exciting business but we decided to take several years off and semi-retire to explore our beautiful country of Costa Rica.

After many years acting as tourists, we elected to re-enter the industry and established CR Vacation Properties to again provide an incredible and memorable experience for our clients. We have grown our very talented and solid team to include a reservation department, operation Manager, complete accounting support to provide monthly financial reports to our Property owners, 4 Concierge Managers and Vacation Coordinators to help plan our guests magical vacation, 3 full time maintenance personnel, 2 gardeners and other supporting staff.

Our focus on providing profitable returns for our villa owners and overall customer service in helping to create a truly relaxing and memorable vacation experience for our guests, is our drive and specialty. Additionally, our connections with all of the local tour companies, restaurants, other accommodations and marketing efforts, allows us to provide specific focus on your vacation desires.

This vast experience of vacation rental marketing/property management/concierge specialty/customer service, along with our extreme focus on providing a vacation of a lifetime, sets us apart from the many local Property Management or Vacation Rental Companies.
