Terms & Cancellation

Cancellation: Non-refundable

All of our properties are individually owned and the proceeds of each rental go directly to that owner in order for them to pay their monthly expenses. Once a property is reserved it is removed from the availability calendar and that owner no longer has the ability to rent the property. All rental payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other properties. This policy is strictly adhered to and we do not have the ability to make exceptions, even in difficult situations.

House rules

• No Outside Guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors.
• No Parties or Events. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• No Illicit Drugs. The use or possession of illegal substances is not allowed on the premises.
• No Loud Music. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Keep music and noise at a respectful level at all times.
• No Smoking Indoors. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
• No Pets. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Respect the Property. Please treat the home as you would your own. Report any damages immediately.
• Follow Pool Safety Guidelines. No glass near the pool, no diving, and children must be supervised at all times.
• Check-Out On Time. Check-out is by 10 AM.

Rates and payment

All prices shown include Costa Rica's 13% IVA and the cleaning fee. Nothing is added at checkout.

Deposit and balance terms are set for each villa. Before you pay, checkout shows the deposit due today, the balance and the date it is due. If you book after that date, you pay in full when booking.

When a balance remains, we email you a secure payment link before it is due. Where your payment method can be saved, you may instead authorize us to charge the balance automatically on its due date.
