The house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It's extremely spacious and fully equipped. I would definitely visit this place again

Amazing house with amazing views and wild life - highly recommend

Always a pleasure staying at casa Mariposa! This is one of our favorite neighborhoods while staying in Manuel Antonio! If you’re looking for some of the best views of wildlife this is a great spot, your backyard is the national park! Very family friendly or split family with having the apartment downstairs. Easy roads for getting around the neighborhood as well.

Huge and immaculate place with great pool area. Tricky to find but Pablo did all he could to help. Lovely evenings sitting out listening to the howler monkeys. Also hummingbirds and macaws in the garden

This place was amazing. We were two familes that stayed at the house for 8 days. We could not ask for a better location. Very private and quiet throughout the day and night. Felt like we were staying in our own private jungle retreat. Each day we had numerous visitors including Howler Monkeys, Squirrel Monkeys, and White-Faced Capuchins!
The housekeeping was top notch and the pool always cool and refreshing after a long day of touring around the region!

Once again Pablo delivers! We had an outstanding time. The house was amazing(better than the pics), spacious, and so clean. We had plenty of room for the 7 of us. It was a bonus that it had a semi separate apartment. The teens loved that! As always the service was top notch, Luis was amazing and every tour was great! I cannot recommend this house and company enough, they are 10+

Book this place, can’t even use words to describe how wonderful our whole group vacation was. It exceeded all expectations anyone had!!!

Beautiful home. it was perfect for a family of 9 (including a toddler.) Very spacious. Absolutely loved master bedroom- his and hers sinks with space for luggage/ clothes/ etc. I would recommend this home, its definitely a must!! Luis was so helpful in helping me plan excursions and any questions i needed to know. He was very responsive and gave us an a great tour of the home at check in. We saw a lot of wildlife specially monkeys!! my entire family really enjoyed this home and loved how close it was to things we wanted to do around the area. stay here if you're trying to have a good time!!

Probably the first Airbnb ive stated at that literally looks just like the photos. Everything is well thought of. Sometimes you forget you are literally in the middle of a rainforest until you go outside. Side note def look at the video that is sent to you on how to get there. Waze/Google wont ping it right. My fault not watching the video first. Last night there we had a whole family of monkeys sky diving off our deck onto the trees below. Better experience than Manuel Antonio( which you are literally next too)

Absolutely beautiful house! Spotlessly clean!
We had capuchin monkeys on the pool deck every day. Also had howler monkeys visit one day. Saw many toucans and macaws from the pool! I would recommend a 4x4 but it’s 10 minutes from everywhere in Manuel Antonio and Quepos. Great A/C and very well stocked. The yoga deck was so peaceful, you can hear a stream running and see a waterfall about 50 meters away. We also saw some green and black dart frogs on the path down. We arrived later than expected but were provided great directions and check in instructions. The bedroom air conditioners were on when we finally arrived which was much appreciated after a long day traveling. One thing to note, there is three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house area. (enough seating for 12-14 easily..) AND There is an entire separate apartment downstairs with a king bed, bathroom, living area and kitchenette. This area is private but only accessible by walking out of the house and down well lit stairs

The best Airbnb myself or any of my guests had ever stayed in. House was almost as beautiful as the views and wildlife surrounding. Rooms all very clean and appliances up to date. Concierge and maid service are both very helpful and made staying in another country feel a lot more comfortable. Would highly recommend Casa Mariposa.

The property was spacious, clean, and gorgeous. We had everything we needed. Host was responsive and helpful. We saw a variety of cool birds and butterflies and heard monkeys. We had 11 in our group, and everyone enjoyed the experience very much. Wish we could have stayed longer - would definitely stay again.

The house is stunning, the views are simply breathtaking. Very spacious and modern with all the amenities and supplies. We were very impressed that the house had everything we needed. The beds and sheets were so comfortable it was hard to wake up in the morning. Everything in this house is top quality The host was very helpful as well. We do recommend having a car to move around the area. Be ready to be greeted by monkeys in the morning in the trees!

We LOVED Casa Mariposa!!! From top to bottom, the house is beautiful. It was spotless and super up to date. The windows in the house are incredible and I found myself staring out them every chance I had. Waking up in the master bedroom to that view was my favorite part. The A/C was super cool and so refreshing after days spent in the hot Costa Rica sun. The pool area was used by someone every chance we had. It was so fun and also had nice speakers to blast the music when in the mood. The privacy the house offered was ideal and made our trip. It is a bit tricky to find the place but Luis, the concierge, provided great videos on how to get there. Luis was awesome and really set us up for a great trip as well as booked some things last minute for us. If you are going to the Manuel Antonio area, this is the place you want to stay! You will not be disappointed!! Pura Vida!

Casa Mariposa is a do not miss spot. The beds are incredibly comfortable along with the living area in the house. Beautiful pool, yard and surrounding nature scenery. Lots of space to hang out inside or outside. We were only here 3 nights so we didn’t get to take advantage of the house as much as we wished. Luis was a fantastic host, he helped us get a last minute tour to Manuel Antonio when the website said sold out. Luis also gave great suggestions for local restaurants. Super responsive & super responsive.

Dream home! First off we want to thank Luis for being the best host we ever had. Always on point, so many recommendations, helped book all our excursion’s, always made sure everything was going smoothly and overall an incredible friend!

The pictures are only a snapshot of how incredible this place is. Massive/open concept which also includes a private apartment at the bottom of the house. We had 11 people and felt like we had all the space is the world. Outside pool is incredible as you’re surrounded by wildlife and incredible sun.

House has everything you need and more and it’s only a couple minute drive from the main road.

Don’t hesitate on booking this place as you will not be disappointed!

We had many visitors from the jungle, pool was well kept, house had everything we needed to cook during our stay. The retreat yoga studio was very relaxing and also a beautiful view! Easy neighborhood to access while right up against MA park.

This was by far the most beautiful BNB we’ve ever stayed in - we saw toucans and other wildlife right at the property. Luis, our concierge, was amazing and helped us at the drop of a hat with organizing excursions and transport. You will not regret booking!!

This place was unbelievable! Even better than the pictures. The views, the wildlife, the peace and quiet at the top of the mountain…Just perfect! Very big, spacious and clean home. It sits on a beautiful, private property with a nice trail hike to a super cool yoga studio. We will definitely book this place next time we come back to Costa Rica. Pablo and Luis were incredible hosts and gave great local recommendations for tours, restaurants, etc. they were very responsive and kind. Top notch!

Our stay at Casa Mariposa was incredible!! The house is clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The beds were very comfortable and having ceiling fans in every room was a welcome addition. The surrounding area was so amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. We saw several types of monkeys, Toucans and various colorful birds, and heard Howler monkeys everyday. Luis, the Concierge, was helpful in suggesting restaurants and making reservations for us. Having a maid service was a nice surprise, especially when she was kind enough to wash our dirty clothes. The private pool was clean and so refreshing after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend Casa Mariposa for a unique and unforgettable place to stay while visiting Costa Rica!

This place was absolutely amazing! We were two families of 4, with four kids under four. The pictures don’t do it justice, much bigger in person. The pool was amazing and the yoga hut was awesome! A few things we didn’t realize was that the 4th bedroom was a separate apartment, which was fine but added a bit of challenge with the young kids. They do have laundry, which was so great as the listing says it doesn’t. And it has speakers outdoors. We had monkeys, toucans and lizards all in our backyard paradise. We also didn’t realize it came with a concierge, Luis, who was spectacular! And a cleaning lady who comes every second day. Honestly you won’t regret your stay here. We had plenty of space! We also hired a chef, Gabriel, who was phenomenal.

Casa Mariposa was a dream house, very spacious for our family of seven, with a beautiful pool and amazing yoga studio. The location is close to amazing Manuel Antonio National Park as well as wonderful restaurants and beaches in the area. Luis was a great communicator and Ivania kept the house nice and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and made many new family memories. Pura vida!

My friends and I were delighted by the choice of this property. There were 10 of us and the layout was quite comfortable. The rooms are super spacious and very well furnished. The location can be a bit confusing but the Host was always on the lookout and provided us with all the necessary information. The house is beautiful, I would definitely stay at it again.

A perfect stay! The accommodation is wonderful, perfect for hosting multiple families or friends, with spectacular views of the jungle. Impeccably clean; nothing was missing for a relaxing stay. Luis was always very helpful. The location is beautiful, but being in the hills, our 20-person vehicle had a bit of trouble getting there comfortably.
One note: we did not understand from the description that one room (which was actually another apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and veranda) was on a floor of the house that was only connected to the rest of the accommodation from the outside. No problem, but perhaps it could be made clearer.

Not only is the property, inside and outside, amazing and exactly as described, the experience of each day was equally amazing. Luis assisted us from start to end ensuring each day was a seamless, pleasant, friendly, top notch experience. He removes the worry/stress of vacationing with a family of 6 in an unfamiliar location and leaves you with a joyful vacation. Amazing place! The house was wonderful had everything we needed for a group of 8. Luis was wonderful to take care of all our needs. And the Maid, Susseth kept everything nice and clean. We would all love to stay here again.

This is a beautiful home. We stayed with our two kids and our parents and had more than enough space to spread out. The pool deck is an amazing place to spend the day. There were animals that came around the home which we loved to see. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, everything you need and more. There is a grocery store close. I would recommend having a vehicle to get around the area, the concierge was very helpful to get this setup for us. They also have an amazing list of tours available and were ready to help set things up anytime. We love Manuel Antonio area and we loved our stay at Casa Mariposa!

We love love loved staying at Casa Mariposa. It fit our family of 10 perfectly and was even more beautiful and luxurious than the pictures! Great scenery, great pool and great location at the top of Manuel Antonio. Lots of quirky restaurants and beaches in the area and you couldn’t beat the jungle scenery!

The most beautiful Air BnB we have ever stayed in. This place is absolutely stunning and a true luxury to stay in. So much incredible wild life, the pool is so lovely and the secret yoga studio is absolutely stunning. Couldn’t be more please with our stay - the staff are also incredible! Will be back for sure!!

Pablo's Airbnb was perfect for our visit to Manuel Antonio, CR. The house is fully equipped and comes with many amenities. They go above and beyond and are available for anything you need. They helped us coordinate transportation from and to the airport and around town, as well as setting up activities.

We were a group of 9 that felt like there was plenty of space for us all. The house was beautiful and there was so many animals to be seen from the back deck. Finding the house was a big challenge but the host met us and helped us locate the house.

Spacious house with spectacular views, the kitchen has all the tools for those who like to cook, I would definitely come back.

This house is truly a gem in Quepos and the staff is very attentive especially Luis! He really made our stay an easy and smooth stay to get around town when needed.

Great stay, will come again for sure. Extremely comfortable, clean and 10 min drive to the beach. Super spacious, the views are amazing all through the house. Great pool, backyard with grill to enjoy the evenings. The little house downstairs is great for a little family while the rest of the grown ups enjoy the house upstairs. The first night we had a great welcome dinner with chef Julio.

Casa Mariposa was so beautiful!! We stayed with friends and they all loved it too! In the mornings you can see toucans, and monkeys. The rainfall on the roof was so relaxing. Luis was a great help as well and communication was great. We also hired a chef to come for our last night, Chef Marcos, and I HIGHLY recommend him. If I ever come back to Costa Rica I will definitely be staying at Casa Mariposa.

Pablo and his team (Luis,Mefi, etc) are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The Airbnb itself was stunning, extremely clean and spacious, full of amenities. The concierges were the highlight of our trip. They were available at all times to help us get taxis, give recommendations, and answer questions. My group’s luggage got delayed and stuck at the airport, we had no idea what to do (and the airport people were not helpful). Luis reached out to others and was able to get us our bags in time before we departed to another city. Couldn’t thank and emphasize how awesome this Airbnb and people are!!

Host was great, very helpful getting to the house, setting up private chef and activities and anything else we needed! I have to say, the picture on the house online do not do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised when we got to the house, it was significantly nicer than the pictures show online. There is plenty of wildlife all around the property and has a amazing view above the jungle canopy out to the ocean. Would 100% recommend and would say at this house or another one of the hosts properties as they were incredibly helpful before and during our trip!!! Just FyI the house is a bit challenging to get to the first time as its back in a neighborhood, but the host was very helpful during arrival to guide us to the property. Once you get there the first time its very easy to navigate in a out.!! And taxis know exactly where the house is if you give them the name of the neighborhood!!
