Beautiful airbnb! someone cared about every small detail. would have been 5star if they didn't strictly impose a 10AM check out, it was very difficult to manage and spoiled an otherwise great stay.

Pablo’s place was perfect for our family of three. It was clean and perfectly located. It’s a short drive to Manual Antonio, the beach, and restaurants. There is also a small grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance. The house was spacious and comfortable, and our daughter loved the pool. Best of all, it is quiet, located off the main road, and surrounded by wildlife. You will hear and, if you look up long enough, see howler monkeys in the morning and evening, as well as a variety of birds and other animals. Pablo’s concierge, Yosué, made check in and check out a breeze. He was also super helpful with providing local recommendations and offering to book tours for us. Highly recommend!

Yosué was the best host.. always immediately responding to requests for recommendations and met us exactly on time for check in. The house was everything we hoped and more. Squirrel monkeys dropping by every afternoon, peaceful, immaculately clean and private. Would LOVE to return to this paradise. Highly recommend! The driveway is very steep but fun 😜

I absolutely loved my stay here!! Pablo was super responsive at any time of day or night. The house was exactly as pictured (if not better) ;) The beds were comfy, pool was cleaned the day after we got there, plenty of towels, and the place and general was spotless. Great, very comfortable house with a lot of love for detail and excellent amenities. Fantastic terrace from which we were able to observe many animals. Can only highly recommend it. Josues was always available immediately and helped us out a lot, plus he gave us great restaurant tips. We felt completely comfortable.

What an amazing stay we had. You are surrounded by nature but at the same time, you are so close to all the stores and restaurants. Amazing location. We used the pool and patio all the time. The beds were great and there is a lot of space! Yosué was an incredible host, always responsive to solve any issue. We made many memories here.

Yosué who manages the property was very kind and helpful. He responded quickly and had our groceries ready for us after a long day of driving. The place was hidden but very pretty with the trees and flowers. The house was also fully stocked with amenities that most Airbnb’s don’t usually provide. I highly recommend this place!

What an amazing place! Started/ended the day in the pool, house was clean, cozy, and so comfortable for our fam of 6! We saw monkeys, toucan, frogs, lizards, birds, fire-flies, and felt so in the jungle! Driveway was fine with 4x4. Really a beautiful place!! Great communication from the host as well! Amazing!

This Airbnb was perfect for our group of 4! Great location, restaurants walkable, in a gated community. House is close to a taxi hub, which was great since we were not able to get a rental car. Drive way is very very steep but steps make it manageable, would need a 4x4 vehicle to navigate. Concierge Yosue was a wonderful help with making reservations, arranging transport and booking excursions. Could not recommend this airbnb more!

Such a magical location in Manuel Antonio! The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool was so nice to enjoy at the end of each day! We spent all our time on the patio relaxing and watching wildlife. Amazing how much you can see right from this quiet peaceful jungle home. Highly recommend! We were sad to leave. Could have happily stayed a long time!

Perla de la Selva was an absolute gem of a find! Great location, spotless, modern, well equipped house and a fabulous porch and pool! He honestly describes the driveway so not for those with mobility issues. Pablo’s concierge Yosue was excellent, recommending local restaurants and arranging tours for us last minute. Washer/dryer were huge bonus. We had a hot water issue and they sent someone right away. Turned out it was us, not the house and we had no issues afterwards. I give Pablo’s place my highest recommendation! Stay here. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Pablo’s beautiful house. It was spacious, comfortable and clean and we loved having the pool to cool off in after a day of hiking or lying on a beach. Surrounded by jungle, we loved seeing monkeys, birds and butterflies right from the front porch! We enjoyed excellent meals at nearby restaurants and were able to get all the supplies we needed at the convenience store just around the corner. Yosue - who works with Pablo - was extremely helpful and responsive and even met us at the house when we arrived to give us a quick tour. We would definitely stay again.

Great location/house for a family or some friends staying in Quepos and planning to visit Manuel Antonio. Place was super clean, well appointed and comfortable. For those interested in wildlife- while at the house we saw tree frogs, a kinkajou at night, and capuchin monkeys in the morning. Pablo and Yosue were very responsive, and I would happily stay here again.

The pool is perfect for cooling off and the deckchairs for stargazing in the evening were magical.

We had a great overnight stay at Casa de Perla de Selva! Our concierge Yosué was so responsive and helpful in planning our two days in Manuel Antonio, especially in booking activities for us last minute and recommending restaurants within walking distance. He also aided us in checking in and out slightly early/late based on the activities we booked, which really made this trip so much easier to navigate. This property was beautiful and private, although the driveway was a little difficult to navigate (just be careful going up and down the first time with the posts at the front of the driveway and you’ll be fine!). Clean, peaceful, spacious, and perfect for our party of six. Would definitely come back again, especially given its fantastic location and proximity to beaches and the park! I cannot recommend this property and concierge enough!!

The house is beautiful, quiet, spacious and secluded, yet close and walking distance to amazing restaurants and public transportation. We didn't have a car and the bus served us just fine to get to the park, Quepos, and any point in between. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with high quality cookware. We've stayed in many rentals in Costa Rica over the years and the strong scent of cleaning products and bug spray is always an issue. This house smelled amazing and there were no bugs of any kind. We were very comfortable in every room. The dining area is a window into nature and it was the highlight of our stay. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed and solved by Pablo's team; their professionalism truly made our stay outstanding and takes this property to the next level. We had no definitive plans and Yosué, our concierge, helped us with everything from dinner reservations to beach services and fun activities. Overall, a fantastic stay.
